About Me

Trevor has long been passionate about flexibility and human movement. From a young age, he has engaged in various sports and activities, including pole vaulting, diving, tumbling, and breakdancing. By analyzing the movements of elite performers and experimenting with his own, he has gained valuable insights into the relationship between body alignment (i.e., posture), flexibility, and their impact on effective movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

In 2013, Trevor earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, followed by a Master’s degree in Kinesiology in 2015 from A.T. Still University. Throughout his educational journey and beyond, he has trained in a range of bodywork techniques, including assisted stretching, fascial manipulation, and myopractics.

Additionally, Trevor teaches Anatomy and Physiology at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, where he is dedicated to enhancing his knowledge and skills to better serve his students and clients.
